The jury has spoken. Bower PLLC’s Managing Attorney, Adrian Bower, is coming off of a trial that spanned three days and resulted in a favorable verdict which has been memorialized via a final judgment exceeding 1.3 million dollars awarded to our client.

Bower PLLC’s trial team was burning the midnight oil on this one, as we waited past midnight for the jury to return this verdict. Issues tried to the jury included negligence, breach of contract, conversion, and the Texas theft liability act. Liability and damages were heavily contested. In fact, the opposition even sought to have a new trial or have the judgment amount reduced — after our post-judgment pleading, they received neither.
